Once approved we will process and ship you order. 4. An email with the tracking information will be provided so you can track your order. **The office is closed on weekends, so typically orders are not fulfilled until weekdays. If your board arrives with defects or damages, please let us know as soon as possible with photographs and we will work to rectify the situation promptly. We require notification of defects within 7 days of receiving your board. We will decide to replace your board depending on the circumstances.
