Process

 

1. Place an order with the desired design from our selection. 

2. Our team will send a proof within 2 business days for your review to the email provided in the order. (Please keep an eye on your email! The quicker you respond, the faster we will have your order out the door!) This will include the design with your personalization overlaid on the type of cutting board you have chosen. We can then make any modifications to get the design to your taste!

3. Once approved we will process and ship you order. 

4. An email with the tracking information will be provided so you can track your order.

 **The office is closed on weekends, so typically orders are not fulfilled until weekdays. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. **

 

Orders and Shipping

 

Standard Shipping times:

Canada: 2-12 business days.

US: 2-8 business days.

Shipping cost: 

- Shipping costs are already included and will not be at extra cost to you! However, if you would like to upgrade to faster services during check-out, the costs associated will be responsible to the buyer. 

 

The product

 

 What type of wood is used?

• We work with Adeo Wood Products a local company who supplies the wood boards in its raw form. Our team works diligently to ensure that the wood perfectly sanded, dipped in food safe mineral oil, and ready for your personalization.
• We work with three types of wood; Walnut, Maple & Cherry, and many different shapes and sizes of boards to meet your needs. You can find the different variations of boards under the "shop by type" drop down menu on our main page. 
• The best seller or "most popular" wood grain is walnut, due to its dark complexation.
• Please keep in mind that we work with a natural product. This means that no board is the same! There are slight variations between each board showcasing different grain, tone, and placement of knots. This is something we truly love about these gifts. Each one is truly unique!
• Customer satisfaction is our top priority, which is why we work alongside you to ensure the design is to your taste before the engraving takes place. The proof images we provide are digitally created to show you the design on the board and does not represent the colour of the engraving. Please refer to the image in each listing, it best represents the darkness/tone of the engraving on all of our wood choices. 
• The proper care instructions will be provided on a "care card" located inside your packaged board. This will help ensure you or those receiving the gift will know how to keep your board in tip, top shape! 
• We currently do not offer gift wrapping. Your personalized board is nicely wrapped within bubble wrap for safe shipping, placed in a cardboard box with the care card instructions and securely taped before shipped. 
• At this time, we do not offer custom sized boards.
