We are based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Proudly Canadian, utilizing Canadian Hardwoods for our Cutting Boards, Butcher Blocks and Picture Frames. Our other personalized items are sourced from around the world but our whole operation is here in Montreal and everything is engraved, packed and shipped out of our Montreal warehouse.
1. Place an order with the desired design from our selection. 2. Our team will send a proof within 2 business days for your review to the email provided in the order. (Please keep an eye on your email! The quicker you respond, the faster we will have your order out the door!) This will include the design with your personalization overlaid on the type of cutting board you have chosen. We can then make any modifications to get the design to your taste! 3. Once approved we will process and ship you order. 4. An email with the tracking information will be provided so you can track your order. **The office is closed on weekends, so typically orders are not fulfilled until weekdays. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. **
Standard Shipping times: Canada: 2-12 business days. US: 2-8 business days. **Upgrades are available for faster services during checkout ** Shipping Cost: - Shipping is included for items over 60$. Total order values less than 60$ there will be an extra charge and the amount depends on the destination (can be seen at checkout). If you would like to upgrade to faster services during check-out you can choose one of the options available. Duties/ Traiff Cost: All our prices include duties and tariffs. There will be no additional charges due upon the delivery of your products.
