We are based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Proudly Canadian, utilizing Canadian Hardwoods for our Cutting Boards, Butcher Blocks and Picture Frames. Our other personalized items are sourced from around the world but our whole operation is here in Montreal and everything is engraved, packed and shipped out of our Montreal warehouse.

We send a digital proof of your custom design before we ever touch the wood. You verify the spelling and layout, so there are no surprises when the box arrives.

1. Place an order with the desired design from our selection. 2. Our team will send a proof within 2 business days for your review to the email provided in the order. (Please keep an eye on your email! The quicker you respond, the faster we will have your order out the door!) This will include the design with your personalization overlaid on the type of cutting board you have chosen. We can then make any modifications to get the design to your taste! 3. Once approved we will process and ship you order. 4. An email with the tracking information will be provided so you can track your order. **The office is closed on weekends, so typically orders are not fulfilled until weekdays. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. **

We work with three types of wood; Walnut, Maple & Cherry, and many different shapes and sizes of boards to meet your needs. You can find the different variations of boards under the "shop by type" drop down menu on our main page.

We work with Adeo Wood Products, a local company that supplies our boards in raw form. Our team then sands each board, dips it in food safe mineral oil, and prepares it for your personalization.

Not exactly, and that is intentional. Wood is a natural product, so no two boards are identical. There are slight variations in grain, tone and the placement of knots between boards, which is part of what makes each gift unique. Walnut is our most popular choice for its darker complexion.

No. Proof images are created digitally to show you the design and layout on your chosen board, and they do not represent the colour of the engraving. The photos in each listing are the best representation of the darkness and tone of the engraving on each of our wood choices.

We have spent six years perfecting our in-house sanding and sealing process. This ensures a luxurious, furniture-grade feel that resists wear.

Full care instructions are included on a care card inside your package, so whoever receives the gift will know how to keep the board in great shape.

We do not offer gift wrapping at this time. Your personalized board is carefully wrapped in bubble wrap for safe shipping, placed in a cardboard box along with the care card, and securely taped before it ships.

Let us know as soon as possible with photographs and we will work to rectify the situation promptly. We require notification of defects within 7 days of receiving your board, and we will decide on a replacement depending on the circumstances.
